Yoga for your Eyes.
Stress, fatigue and too much time in front of bright computer/device screens leaves our eye-balls crying out for some pampering. Night owls and screen-slaves run the risk of drying out essential fluid around the eyeballs and straining the tiny muscles of the eye socket. Here's an easy, do anywhere exercise to soothe in and around the eyes, leaving you bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.
1: Rub your hands together hard and fast - create some heat.
2. Cup your eyes with your warm hands. Have the eyes closed, soak up the warmth and energy. Repeat steps 1 & 2 once or twice.
3. Remove the hands, rest and relax the eyes for a few minutes. Aahh... Happy, calm, refreshed eyes!
Wishing you a calm, gorgeous day, full of beautiful sights! Bronni x
